What's the difference between JKmatic Disc Filter and other Disc Filter? 
Jkmatic disc filter is a revolutionary product with high efficiency filtration and low pressure backwash. Comparing with other disc filter, JKmatic has a innovative sealing technology,and re-designed by replacing the metal parts with a unique Air Intake & Exhuast valve technology. It is a huge improvement on quality and life-span, saving water up to 40%, saving energy up to 20%. Fatigue strength has reached more than 100,000 times which is more than 2 times higher than other similar product. The disc filter is equipped with a special designed automated controller, which is easier to maintain without complex controling system.

In recent years, JKmatic officially launched a special line of disc filters for seawater, which is intended for the filtration of brackish water. Compared with disc filters of conventional design, they are more resistant to corrosion, and do not give the water to contact with the metal parts.

Technical Description    



The core technique of JY filter adopts discs filtration principle. Through deeply pressed grooved plastic discs to achieve combination of surface filtration and depth filtration.  There are thin grooves on the surface of the discs, the grooves in opposite direction between discs making many crossed points Therefore the crossed points form many chamber and irregular channels blocking suspendid particles, up to 85%.



When there are many inpurities accumulated in the grooves between discs, inlet and outlet will change opposite direction, compressed discs open automatically and comprssed water injects to discs and the discs rotate quickly, the backwash process completed and the inlet and outlet direction then changed back.
