1. First stage pretreatment. (Sand filter)
The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health.
2. Second stage pretreatment (Carbon filter)
Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water, smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms, reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants.
3. Third stage pretreatment (Resin softener)
Cationic resin used for water softening, primarily to remove hardness of water. So as to effectively prevent the reverse osmosis membrane fouling. System can automatically recoil, and so is red.
4. Fourth stage pretreatment (5μm Micron filter)
Particle size in water to remove fine particles, sand filters can remove very small colloidal particles in the water, so that the turbidity reached 1 degree.
5. RO Membrane system

1. Q: How is the after sales service?
A:We provide 1 year water treatment machinery guaranty and technical support lifetime forwater treatment machinerye. All machine's parts can be replaced for free within 1 year if broken (excluding error operation).
2. Q: Is it difficult to install the machine?
A: The work shop should prepare full facility such as power and air compressor. For the first installation, engineer will be sent to set water treatment machinery and do the machine training as long as manual instruction. For the further problems come out, we can provide video instruction as well.
3. Q: What's the water treatment machinery lead time?
A: For the standard machines, we can delivery within 20 days. If it is customized by customer(OEM), the lead time is 30-55 days.
