Gnarly’s Pre-Workout is designed to deliver a natural energy boost while simultaneously increasing endurance and promoting recovery. According to the brand, one serving packs 180 mg of caffeine, 2.5 g of beta-alanine, and 5 g of citrulline malate.

Its electrolyte powder, Hydrate, has — you guessed it — electrolytes as well as B vitamins. It’s designed to accompany you on your next big race or training session. One scoop has 250 mg of sodium, five B vitamins, 90 mg of magnesium, and 4 g of sugar.
